Kirito is somehow able to deal one hit kills in single frame animations, call upon random power ups which have no reason for being there, and is also able to randomly obtain all of his previous stats from his last failure in SAO, yet when it matters, all he does is cry.

I do understand, but for me it just can’t be done for SAO.
Why? Because just to put it simply, it’s because of those “many flaws”, sure, one can just ignore them, but not if it’s just straight in your face just begging to be ridiculed. If one told you to smell perfume in front of feces, can you ignore the foul stench??
There are many series that you can apply what you said to, like for example, Yuru Yuri, does someone need to rant all the time about how they’re lesbians? The answer is, No, the show is entertaining in that aspect,good at what they do best, and unfortunately, for me, SAO is not one of those shows.
