Seitokai no Ichzion Lv. 2 is seemingly cruel only to two certain entities – the great man known as Ken Sugisaki, as well as the many supporters of his cause who must revel in anxiety for the next episode with this PV.
As the sheer excellence of the upcoming third episode of Seitokai no Ichizon’s second season emanates so powerfully from this PV alone, the song that washes out all verbal dialogue does nothing to hinder one’s understanding of the antics unfolding. Instead, this playful theme serves to complete the mood – as indeed, one can see the silliness and gags, yet it feels as if there’s a glass layer on top keeping us at bay despite that it lures us so.
The song does both – and the same applies to the fact that the scenes are all cut short. Seitokai no Ichizon certainly does not let up when it comes to teasing its admirers.

A little extra painful for me, since episodes 1 and 2 aren’t subbed yet.

It really is cruel, especially when we been reveling in anxiety for the next episode to be subbed after zero
Also: after re-seeing the first season again and then seeing this pv, i can say, deen’s version was actually better in terms of the animation and character design, what do you know?
