Dengeki Unveils Oppai Censorship Calendar

Oct 27, 2012 @ 14:14 CDT

Dengeki Moeoh of December 2012 carries respite for the many otaku still seeking an effective calendar for the coming year – a unique almanac featuring censored illustrations of oppai exposure for every month.

With innovation as this, it seems humanity hasn’t derailed into an impending doom after all – instead, it looks to have simply met some combustion failure and imploded. This calendar takes two common elements, otherworldly white censorship, as well as illicit ero-suggestive artwork which is often seen suffocating by said censorship, and then mashes the two with a third facet of time management.

As the name implies, Dengeki Moeoh is as obsessively centered around moe as can be in order to please its demographic and subsequently achieve other results – although for us, this is interesting as it means that regardless of however carnal or salacious an artwork from the magazine may get, if it’s not moetacular, it wouldn’t be there. Simply said, the main emphasis is going to be, indiscriminate of all other factors in these art pieces, moe.

And indeed, one can see that each art piece here is fascinatingly cute, almost disconcertingly so, since they all also show areas of the body covered by only dates and weeks.

This clearly isn’t fitting to be the family event calendar or business meeting schedule – yet giving it a bit more thought however, it would at least definitely ensure that one will be looking at their calendar frequently, with a newly found appreciation for punctuality.
