Pajama na Kanojo’s third package of gorgeous bishoujo lifestyle is now available – this latest manga volume of the series merely amplifying the physical exposure, romance, and other developments seen in the past.
Having started as a fairly serious love story, the conclusive portion of the first chapter of Pajama na Kanojo, moving into the second chapter, was all rather cut and paste from any idealized and overdone love story – minus the inclusion of imminent violation. There was potential, and given the stunning artwork, one certainly wished for it to succeed – yet this series was quick to fall on its face.
In this third volume, the series essentially borrows the formula of To Love-Ru – all deep aspects of plot have disappeared, leaving behind only a forcibly gag-driven tale in which nearly every action results in an awkward slip of some kind. Be it a slippery hand which conveniently lands on some oppai, or a slippery blouse which just so happens to slide down in front of a male character’s face, whatever it takes to show some breasts in the panel is what the series will resort to.
And unfortunately, as we’re not centered around the brunette bishoujo this time around, the jewels of this volume aren’t even as glistening or gratifying as they were within the previous. The brunette is easily the most beautiful of the several girls within this series, and she was already the single remaining reason why Pajama na Kanojo still had any value at all – her removal effectively leaves the worth of this work at zero, especially considering the story deteriorated long ago.
If common sense were an operating factor in this work, either the series would end at volume four – or emphasis goes back solely upon the brunette bishoujo, as otherwise, there’s no remaining assets.

Such a shame, and it was so well drawn too. Well, now its just a comedy because it became such a joke.

Hilariously bad.

Not only is anime getting worse, but even the manga. Better start buying light novels again.

I wonder what we’re supposed to do if light novels get worse.

This is the perfect example of a manga where the visuals are gorgeously brillant, but has horribly generic story.

This artist should team up with a writer who actually has a good idea of what a plot is. Then, maybe they could make a series that people would actually want to read. This is probably the reason why Pajakano got cancelled so early, because no one wanted to read it.
