“Kokoro Connect” Popularity Contest

Sep 27, 2012 @ 12:03 CDT

A Kokoro Connect popularity contest led by one of the series’ involved publishers, Enterbrain, has ended as a tremendous victory for the self-admitted self-toucher and adorable highschool girl, Inaban.

Inaban proved triumphant by over double the number of votes in second place – and it’s not a surprise either, it’s quite simple to see why she’s so immensely popular, not to mention, one should already be in love with her themselves. Upon starting the series, one would have near-immediately came to surround the belief that she’s quite a cruel character – equipped with an attitude shockingly rather heartless despite wearing such a cute face.

Continuing onward into the series however, it turns out such is not the case at all – rather, one could perhaps call her a classic tsundere, her unfriendly demeanor merely having been something of a facade to keep other feelings hidden, which all eventually come out as she changes her ways of living.

Her upfront and fearless nature which presides in the true center of her heart, underneath the cowering little girl, is a potent point of charm as her determination and effort spent in getting her sentiments across seems to be highly attractive by default – especially when it gives her the bravely to do things such as tell someone of how she pleasures herself to them. And of course, a critical facet one shouldn’t forget either is that whilst she does all of this, she looks so ridiculously cute doing it – the included image with the voting results above exemplifying this well.

All in all, not only is it simple to see why Inaban is worthy of such top spot recognition, yet she’s also quite excellent a character and female in general – a true marvel of 2-D girls.

Congrats to Inaba! I’d love her character since the start of the series.

Also, I love how even if you combine all the votes of the 2nd place and below, it still wouldn’t reach number of votes as Inaba.

No one ever mentions her but Rina which is Taichis imouto is the best, then comes Inaban and the rest.

  • Soon: A tremendous war in / a / about the “best girl”.

Leaving aside that dump from the internet, I’m glad she won. A true friend who puts the happiness of her friends in front of Own.

What place caught our psychologist main character?

Yea thats cool and all, but at the same time is really stupid. I mean you dont know what is gonna happen tomorrow, in one hour, in 10 minutes so why give up what could be your future for someone else, even if is a friend is stupid to do something like that specially because you are gonna be suffering on the inside every time you see them happy imagining that could be you.

the good thing is that she finally realized her stupidity and started to fight for what she loves.

If you love someone, their future might be your own in that you find satisfaction yourself from it.
