An elemental workshop.

Sword Art Online’s sample clip of the upcoming 13th episode does little beyond disgracing the series, as usual – now managing to pull off the feat as the series seemingly gave up on even trying to have action.

Apparently, dealing with murderous guilds or attempting to escape back to reality matter no more within this series about being entrapped within an RPG game – it has instead become an animation based around a fishing contest, or rather, this is the latest insultingly irrelevant adventure to be regurgitated by this mess of a televised creation. Watching the PV however, one can see that at least one aspect remains consistent – the delivery of the livelier scenes in no more than three still frames.

Aside from that, one could also praise the series in that perhaps it is managing to do something in a commendable fashion after all – seeing as the series unfolds from the perspective of our protagonist’s log of memories, the continued disproportionality in the events which unfold may be attempting to imply that our protagonist has a mental order of some sort, in which case, they’re certainly doing well to showcase it.

And apart from that, one also has to appreciate the forced addition of the heroine onto the screen seen right at the end of the preview clip – as if it wasn’t already understood that she’s merely a tool to take advantage of an easily distracted audience, this video confirms that belief further through its illogical boasting of her orgasmic reaction to who knows what.

Expectation looks to be met for another week’s episode – it doesn’t take a prophecy to realize it will be awful.

That reminds me, I haven’t heard your thoughts on the last week’s episode yet, Seven. In my opinion, that episode was the worst of the whole series – so bad that even IG’s team of toddlers-for-writers would be proud.

I was in the process of rewatching GTO – and I felt I didn’t want to waste one of my few days of free time watching spittle over something actually worthwhile and that I like.

Now I’m rewatching Trigun, if i finish before the next episode of Sword Art Online comes, I might write about it.

I wish you would, Seven. I enjoy your prose of describing horrible. I enjoyed it during Guilty Crown. I’m enjoying it here

Oh…. oh good god… Thats just insanely horrible. This show was SOO awesome for like… 3 episodes. Because so early in it had some nice character development and actual good combat animations and everything but now it just looks like the kind of thing ill see after getting up off the john. *Sigh* but somehow i still wanna watch it… it might not be THAT bad if i wait another… couple episodes. :P

    fish art online?

Fishing is considered one of the highlights for fans from the original light novel. It just has to be there.

Sword Art Online is the best anime this season and you guys should be ashamed for having such poor taste!

lol Not really. It’s pretty bad.

    SO MUCH PLOT.

    They’re fucking fishing now?

According to the light novel sequence, from next week episode onwards, these ‘filler’ episodes are going to end and they would be focusing on the fights once again…
    I hope.

    • Seven says:

That’s what people have been saying since episode two.

In fact, your statement seems so ridiculous at this point, I can hardly tell if you’re being legitimate in making it – or simply sarcastic. And I don’t mean this as anything hostile towards you – but consider the circumstances, it’s much too late, so that’s the impression I get.

Kirito, that was the same reaction I had right after watching this PV. Except halfway through, I fell asleep
