Nine more key visuals remain, and the gothic lolita is looking upset – one would have thought that as the K-Project approaches, the loli would be cheerful, yet apparently that’s not the case, question arising in turn.
As she’s been shown to be unusual, a natural thought to formulate around this gothic lolita is that’s she’s simply not human – the series has enough supernatural elements that such a belief wouldn’t be ridiculous, whilst also giving a reasonable excuse behind her seeming indifference.
Yet that could also be totally incorrect – abnormalities do not necessarily mean one is not human, and neither does a lack of visible emotion. Her physique is that of a loli, although perhaps she’s far older than her appearance may insinuate – she could have experienced much in life, and simply be sick of it all. That, however, is simply another slice of speculation – and a fairly complex one at that, the answer could ultimately be much simpler.
It could turn out merely that the loli has something else of deep importance to her in mind, like the leather jacket equipped Mikoto – and as result, she rarely reacts to anything else.
With all that in mind, one shouldn’t forget that there remains a mystery in how she’s a part of Homra to begin with – and that may intertwine with other matters as well. Despite her size or level of cuteness, the gothic lolita is looking to have a role certainly more significant than expendable “side-character” status.
