Aside from the cute Irisviel moments and gags, Fate/Zero also occasionally promotes itself quite seriously – this latest commercial for the second Blu-ray box contains many heavy scenes, straight from the series.
This CM assembles a multitude of gristly and dark moments, mixed alongside some periods of contemplation and revelation, all direct from the anime series – yet not in typical presentation. The means of delivery employed in this clip leaves one wanting to witness the Holy Grail War all over again as it gives us a sort of introduction into the madness through the perspective of select key characters – effortlessly striking a sensation inside the viewer.

The only thing to look forward to this month. And it’s just one day ahead of my birthday.

Assuming you can afford the price tag – unlike my previous comment however, I’m thinking Fate/Zero may be a special case in which it’s sure worth it.

I’ve been waiting for this since I heard the released date and probably the only thing I was looking forward to this month.
Also, random question: How many CMs does F/Z have?
Sep 18, 2012 @ 9:25 CDT
The number of CMs depends if you are speaking of the series in general, a specific half, or a certain item of merchandise – in the case of the second Blu-ray box, this would be CM #12.

#13, actually. And that excludes the CM for the Bonus.
F/Z has about 40 CMs & PVs altogether.

And all 40 of them are better than over half the series airing in terms of plot, animation, visuals, and sound.

Leave the god out of this. There’s enough godly characters to keep itself up and now it’s on BD it’s going to be like heaven but with Command Spells. The heavenly pricetag is definitely helping though, Amazon offering 10000 yen off and everything…
