Psycho-Pass has received additional character imagery which provides an excellent overview of each of the characters – and in a conveniently arranged manner of descent based on importance and relevance.
Now with a full-body, and less intense highlight glaring, one immediately striking feature is that everyone seems outfitted in average business ensemble – with a few notable wardrobes being prevalent amongst the collective. One being the fellow to the right of the heroine as his suit is slightly different in tone to the others – another is the character to his right for his visibly personalized mode of dress.
And in fact, going down from there, the outfits do have some distinctions to them worth pointing out for each character – ranging from the white lab coat, or the woman clad in slacks over a skirt.
Fashion does speak of personality, and one could easily get something of an impression of each of these individuals based on their attire alone – although in this particular case, the insinuations actually aren’t beyond what one could have established from some earlier released illustrations. However, seeing the lower body of each of the characters does manage to accomplish something very specific – it gives them all a more “human” feeling.
For instance, comparing the more abstract image below with the piece above, and using the heroine as an example, one is able to more effectively grasp the sense that she’s simply a woman equipped with a gun – rather than any sort of ambiguous or obscure entity with an unknown amount of firepower.
It seems the only prominent issue with this series needing of concern is Production IG’s presence – although if Urobuchi Gen can work around that, this may indeed be something memorable for positive reasons.

Looks better than most series of today – not that such elevates it on the quality scale any further.

The fact that SUPERCELL (technically Egoist) will be doing the ending.

I don’t think more relations to Guilty Crown is a good thing in any way – Supercell or not. Honestly, not even my type of music – I never liked Guilty Crown music.

“I mainly like that they’re stylish and well-dressed.”
The main girl is not wearing a tie.
Ties are important in the profession!
Excellent character design.
We’re really in need of an anime that does not involve teenagers doing cute things.
