A Jintai novel to release October 17th of the ongoing year appears to boast an artwork on the front which features our heroine fitted in some oddly adorable tribal bikini armor – a sight of war garbs turned tantalizing.
These articles of aegis are certainly the most savory since perhaps the Ika Musume OVA’s selection of armament for Eiko. Surely all who have seen at least a single episode of Jintai have figured that the heroine was rather well-shaped – although her modest ensemble, and the series’ unorthodox concentration of plot over female fanfare, resulted in all except those with uncontrollable fetishes to simply set aside their desires and fantasies.
However, this illustration exquisitely manages to awaken the appetite which was thought as forgotten – and indeed, our heroine’s battle-ready appearance indeed proves quite filling.
A patterned band lines her waist, and another around a single of her thighs – the contrast they have from all else, as result of their individualistic hue and patterning, causes them to stand out whilst also subsequently emphasizing more flavorful areas of her form. The waist is a prominent place of attention – and the curved flow of line both up and downwards pulls the eye along a rather rewarding path of visual treasure.
Besides adding to her moe factor, the incline of the legs at the knees also aides in ensuring the onlooker indulges in all aesthetic pleasures which the artwork has to offer. Her netted footwear, of a red hue consistent with the other facets composing her mizugi defense, rather eloquently takes the eye towards the very bottom of her legs – leaving no area left out of the spotlight.
And with red being the master hue of sorts, one’s sight is also taken to other instances of the color – such as the chest, a place which indeed also appears most favorable to glare at, with her embarrassed reaction substantially stacking points to her level of moe.
Her hair is lengthier than most female characters may have – and it’s truly gorgeous in its swift and elegant waving motion, as well as its color of a gradual light to dark gradient of orange. Continuing with colors, the powerful red of her mizugi combat gear complements both the background, as well as her lovely eyes of a lit natural green. Her hair’s hue of orange is balanced with those two aforementioned belts of half-diamond pattern – and also noting her pink axe, the presence of colors adjacent to red implies an overall split-complement.
Another aspect most magnificent is the texture atop of everything – truly giving a sort of storybook adventure feeling. And likewise, the soft neutral tone of the background surrounding the heroine and the square of jungle is also a wonderful fit as it allows for the more vivid hues, such as those of her apparatus, to beautifully stand out.
And for the closing mention, her visage is also stunning as one should anticipate of course – yet the brilliance is beyond the surface qualities. Her face is a delightful sight not simply as she’s cute, rather, it additionally exhibits such a crushing amount of her personality – a reason to love this female who serves as our heroine of Jintai is not merely in her looks, but also her morbid yet humorous inner-soul, and this image masterfully highlights such.
Any familiar with our heroine’s persona can easily grasp the prevalent awareness she has of the awkward yet seemingly inevitable scenario she’s in – and this is possibly the greatest charm of the illustration.
