A meager 14 second TV commercial has been released to promote an anime of the coming fall, Magi – merely offering a second of spotlight to each of the leading three characters of this mystical fantasy adventure.
This promotional video does no more than center the camera upon the visage of each character who makes the protagonist group of three – something managing to be particularly interesting in how, clearly, the faces are not anything immensely detailed or too naturalistic. This isn’t being regarded as anything negative – rather, it will be intriguing to see how the series fairs when the marketing imagery has more defined shapes, versus those rounded and withered down as seen in the actual animation.

EDIT : Looks like Shiro Sagisu (Evangelion, Bleach) will compose the magnifient soundtrack of Magi.

Did anybody else know that the person handeling the script is also the person who handled the scripts for Accel World and Guilty Crown.

man, i was really actually expecting this to be a good adaptation, but seeing as the ones who will manage this created so much fail, i don’t really expect much now
