An elemental workshop.

Contrary to the most recent lacking few, the K-Project’s latest three visuals are truly fascinating – particularly one which reveals the name and insignia of the blue crew, and another which shows the fireblazers.

First of all, look to the final image below – the words “Scepter 4″ and “Special Police Force” line the badge, and apparently indeed, the blue crew is some sort of government driven tactical response unit. This further drives the question of how exactly such an organization relates to highschool kids in any way, the other characters who we’ve seen to have an involvement with them – although as much as comparisons would like to be avoided, simply as they’re not ideal, one must say that this aspect is quite reminiscent of the Librarium in BlazBlue.

Now restoring attention above, one must wonder if this burning image is a sight from the anime or merely a concept work – the arrangement of the characters, or the pose basically, seems far too organized to be a frame actually from the animation. Not to mention, the scorching flames engulf the scene far too heavily.

In either case however, one can clearly see that the skateboarder is the leading role of their team – with swag seemingly serving as his backup as he’s second in terms of spotlight behind the skateboarder, and the leather jacketed Mikoto having a less forward, albeit substantial place in the plot as he stands in the back, hardly visible. The only missing element is the loli – although they’re likely saving her for the animation.

Typical K-Project finesse, one day may not prove so impressive – yet the other will be unbelievable.
