“To Love-Ru” = Pantsu & Oppai, With Plot?

A full variant of the To Love-Ru Darkness TV animation preview clip, originally shown at Comiket 82, has become available – now allowing one to enjoy the sight of oppai and pantsu up-close, without distractions.

Typical harem antics compose the PV below – it starts with the title-screen, and then wastes little time showcasing the crew of incompetent male lead character, as well as his various expendable packages of oppai who all yearn for nothing more than to be molested by him. And following up on that, the video provides up-close shots of assorted character visages in a blushed state, some hints of the many mizugi episodes awaiting, and of course, a sampling of the breasts to be boasted all throughout the series.

One should note how that string of events predominantly occurs with a certain pink-haired character, with only a few intercessions of brunette – apparently, the animation will scale the roles of importance in the order of blonde loli, pink hair, and brunette. This diverse mixture will surely target quite a similarly vast range of perverse interest – meanwhile, as one will also notice, still cater to the basics of underwear emphasis and upper bodies.

One doesn’t necessarily want to say this looks horrible in any way, To Love-Ru Darkness is certainly of a higher caliber than most series of its kind – although unfortunately, there remains a limit to how much enjoyment one can derive from the delivery of elements which there’s already several mountains of.

For its own sake, this series needs to output more than second dimensional breasts to succeed – and that’s referring to success in terms of animation, not sales.
