From AnoHana, our cute and lovely ghost loli, Menma, has come in 3-D as per a graceful figure in which she sports her signature white dress, alongside typical brilliant smile – looking splendidly uplifting overall.
As seen in the slice of life series, Menma is wearing her subtle yet expressive upbeat white one-piece – recreated here marvelously as one can see the ruffles in the cloth distinctively sculpted with an immensely smooth gradient shadow transition, going from a more pure white, to a pillowy grey hue. The appearance given off by the entirety of this display is reminiscent to clouds of a summer sky – an all so fitting appearance for this particular character.
With the lower half of her ensemble, one can further see the exquisiteness of the sculpt – the layering is elaborate and boasts captivating curls and curves in a lively row of frills which promote a very smooth implied side-motion. All the while, the coloring remains top-class – composed of an outstanding and gradual shift between dark and light. Moving upward, the ribbon and flower ornaments of blue are fantastic additions which speak of her personality – blue is recognized as a hue of peace, and the items themselves are of course contributing to a gentle look.
It’s actually not too novel to see a character with eyes like an ocean – such being an established facet of beauty, it’s quite common indeed, although of course, the results do vary. Every once a while, one may stumble upon an instance as this however – the ideal was achieved, and the collective of blues composing the pupil truly appear oceanic in how they glisten.
Forgetting not one of the more prominent aspects as well, her pose is certainly excellent as well – it matches the flow the dress, keeping the figure as a whole looking as if subject to movement. Not to mention, the very manner in which she poses certainly speaks of the vivacity of her soul. With all considered, it is indeed a fine figure.

Hmmm, prefer the closed eye smile to the open eyes.

Yea, that one looks cool, but I prefer the one with open eyes.
