Free Manga This Month, Every Month

Aug 22, 2012 @ 14:30 CDT

Reading habits are crucial to develop, and thus, SeventhStyle will be giving away a single free manga volume this month – and every month thereafter, the first being Haganai volume one, English and official.

Apart from our other ongoing contest of good will, this second one is unrelated – and will be carrying on indefinitely.

We will be giving away a single volume of a different manga each month. For September, one user has the chance to win the first volume of the friendless harem series, Haganai, in an upcoming official English release, delivered direct to their home on actual release date – all for free. And for the rules or regulations behind the contest – if you’re reading this article while logged into SeventhStyle, then you’re already qualified.

Just register a SeventhStyle account, let us know how much you like Haganai by commenting on this article, and the winner will be announced when the next manga contest, October 2012, initiates. Also note, you have to be active – dinosaur users don’t have a chance. The winner is determined based on random criteria every month.

The single unfortunate downside is, however, this contest is limited to users of the United States – aside from that, those in the US certainly have no reason not to enjoy this opportunity.

Haganai was one of the best shows if not THE best show of its season. Persona 4: Animation? Pfft! Get that mess out of here.

Also Sena is the best girl. This cannot be disputed.

Why U only ship to US T_T

    • Seven says:

I get shipping free to US – if you’re willing to pay for shipping to wherever you live, you can be part of the contest.

I thinkt they’re about equal, or prefer to alternate between both – the former childhood friend with a sharp tongue vs the voluptuous game freak.

But I prefer the perverted Riza over either one. :)

  • avatar fusrohdah says:

I haven’t watched the anime or read the manga yet, but I’m all for this. :D

am i the only person who thinks kobato is the best? cause’ if not you’re all wrong ;D

  • milkcandy says:

I just joined. Thank you for the opportunity to win this. :)

I couldn’t decide whether I liked Sena or Rika more! On one hand, Sena’s arrogant attitude and interest in eroge is cute, but on the other… perverted mad scientist. It’s so hard to choose.

    • Seven says:

      That’s why Yozora is better.

      • Anonymous says:

Yozora is an bully after all.
She has an aggressive personality and is motivated by power and the desire to dominate others. I can understand that people might admire her because of her macho-like behaviour but even her fans should think more critically about her.

And Kodaka for example was a victim of bullying his whole life. How does this fit together?

        • Seven says:

“She has an aggressive personality and is motivated by power and the desire to dominate others.”

That’s just how she appears on the outside, if you think that’s her true character, then you haven’t taken any time to consider her person – or perhaps have not progressed into the necessary realms of story yet.

Incidentally, a lot of people who view Yozora on the surface like that often however still view Sena’s inner-personality – yet how is Sena on the outside? She’s a disgusting and twisted individual with radical uncontained fetishes for little children to the point that she chases them around whilst nude – and she’s also selfish and inconsiderate of her friends when there’s something she desires, like Kodaka.

Although I cant take part in this contest myself. But I have a friend in US…
Haganai is interesting not only in animi but also in light novel…The very reason that it is so popular.

  • eliscrubs says:

    UNIIIIVEERRSEE!!!!!@$^&#@$%^@

That’s the gist of it. Also I don’t live in the US anyway so feel free to ignore this post.

  • Josh Near says:

Haganai sure was my best harem anime…
There were a lot of clichés and dumb stuff but it was well balanced by the character development and general themes and atmosphere, and Yozora is my favorite.. can’t wait for the season 2 :)

You know guys, Yozora is pure shit. The only reason I watched it was for that pure loli otaku tsundere girl Kobato-chan… ku ku ku and the Kobato x Sena is a win :p
