Visual 56 of the K-Project turns spotlight to the bishoujo leader of the blue crew – the militia’s leading general in rank, albeit one who seems certainly not the most seasoned when speaking of actual experience.
Other imagery and the PVs have shown enough for one to understand that this bishoujo is not necessarily an expert of any kind when it comes to a fight – rather, her situation is one more likely in which a fellow formerly held her position, however he had to step down for whatever reason, and she had a blood relation, thereby earning the spot in their place. It means there’s nothing to confirm whether or not she’s very apt with a blade – although the past pre-release material says otherwise.
Not specifically within the illustration above, but in general, this bishoujo looks as if she’s in the process of developing her ability in combat – and now in this frame above, it seems that perhaps she’s putting her efforts to the test.
Determination is certainly emanating off her visage – and with blade in hand, held in a manner seemingly ready to swipe, it appears she’s about to slice something up, or at least put forth the effort. She appears more so serious than angry or anything of the sort – thus, she may not necessarily be engaging an enemy, but merely practicing her skills. Alternatively, she could indeed be scuffling with a foe – although her expression in that case shows that she’s quite confident despite knowing she’s not the most able with a sword.
As with most characters of the K-Project, she’s another interesting individual to watch out for.

It will be really funny if the anime turns out to be so bad, after they give a lot of key visuals.

That’s very much possible – particularly since Studio GoHands isn’t known for quality.
