Symphogear’s character designer, Koike Satoshi, recently released a sketchbook packed with all manner of fanciful illustration based around the series’ assorted yuri inclined mech musume bishoujos and lolis.
The pages are stuffed with key visuals from the animation, general illustrations, assorted character or item highlights, and even some commentary from the artist as well – all purely achromatic as the imagery is nothing but lineart, a definite treat for those who take interest in production material. And of course, this artwork is all of a caliber quite exquisite – a facet which should be expected by any who have seen the animation of Symphogear.
