Celebrating the summer, a sexy mizugi artwork has come of hit PSP game “God Eater Burst” – boasting its curvaceous and ample figured defenders of humanity as they relax whilst looking drenched and delectable.
Our vivid orange outfitted female in front contrasts essentially everything else in a complementary fashion as her bikini of a burning orange glow is surrounded by skies and seas of blue. Indeed, as one will have realized, she’s not simply the centerpiece of this illustration – rather, the artwork would have no artistic value if she were not present. Yet not only that, given how deliciously she’s being portrayed – her absence would also mean the artwork would fail to satisfy in other respects as well.
Her entire frontal half, the line composing the area facing the other, less interesting female, is a beautiful inclined curve downward – adjusting itself as necessary around the body, and being varied in direction ever so slightly, instead of exact, thereby contributing to replicate the texture of human skin.
As can be seen, her oppai are also rather sweet, looking akin to ripe oranges as they’re wrapped in orange – yet more seriously, it’s stunning how one can see the curvature does not appear artificial. The artist sketched her chest, as well as the total illustration for that matter, in a manner adhering to some basic consideration of reality. Highlights of intense sunlight aide in establishing the depth around those crucial curves – and the smooth texture of the bikini top certainly does well to give the impression of snugly enclosing something rather delightful within.
Whilst transitioning over to the back area, note that setting the arms towards the rear was a splendid, and seductive, tact in forming the always favorable informal balance – and on that note, this image is particularly phenomenal in how it displays much in a manner true to reality, yet still styled according to the artist’s own desire.
The arms, fingers, and all, are immensely perfected – and consist of some substantially complex abstract shapes, arranged together to be what we see. It’s best noticed with the hands as to how gorgeously considered and complicated the shapes are – and moving upward for a second, back to the chest, do see the bit of a point protruding at the very tip of the mizugi top, which says something of the mesh making her bikini. The artist has created a display of female fitted in wet mizugi flawlessly – almost as if he’s studied girls in bikinis his entire life.
And of course, it certainly still gets even more spectacular – the arch from the lower back and downward is quite savory indeed, and one should simply give a second to appreciate how the light acts upon her form, as well as those fantastic shapes mentioned earlier, to see how the perspective of her turning back comes to be.
Interest on the mizugi bottom, one can see how it was made to look dampened through darker colors – and how fibers of the textile are even made faintly visible for added texture. The few streaks of shadow around the middle, as well as the diminutive strip of contrasting pale and dark skin found along the mizugi edge, masterfully work to show that her bikini is reacting to the water, and subsequently sliding around. Not to mention, this tasteful treat must be rather well-prepared under the sun if her skin has turned tan to that degree.
Not done there, her body is tantalizing in the hues which compose it as well – a palette of smooth tones all streaming downward atop one another, with bright light in the relevant areas. And lastly, her visage is definitely all so enchanting – and the eyes of blue are, of course, a fine touch.
When it comes to mizugi art pieces, this work is certainly of the epitome of finesse.

This is definitely great – if not at Otomo or yoshiyuki sadamoto or masamune shirow level, good enough for these days – anyone know who the artist is?

I’ll try to find some God Eater Burst artists later, and hopefully stumble upon the guy in question, as this is certainly spectacular like you mention.

Thanks in advance!

Could not find the artist unfortunately. None of the books or game manuals mention anything.

Thank you regardless for trying! Do you think you can identify this distinctive style, even though it seems awfully close to the standard, albeit polished, style in other works?

Got some information, it seems that Ufotable was involved in the production of the game – different members of their staff were tasked with different matters of the art.
Koji Eto was the art director – but the character designs were done by Tetsuya Takeuchi.
Still not sure who is responsible for this specific illustration though unfortunately – I’ll keep trying.
