An elemental workshop.

A key visual of Madoka Magica’s upcoming film has released featuring the two leading magical girls amongst a dark, enclosed world of flora – as well as other artist preferred intricacies of general decor and pizzazz.

The pair of mahou shoujos are sketched quite elaborately – although they don’t appear any particularly different than their usual anime appearance, which isn’t anything surprising given the nature of the upcoming film. Nonetheless however, it is indeed almost captivating how refined the character designs are – an aspect which is particularly notable with Madoka as one will certainly have little issue recognizing the ridiculously fine lines, met with shapes and shadow in between.

In respect to the value, it’s quite interesting how there seems to be two separate sets of it – the first of which looks to wrap itself around some immediate details of Madoka, such as her dress, yet it looks as if there’s also a colossal spotlight simply placed atop all. Her hair is fairly lit up – and looking at her overall, there’s only a slither of shadow coming from the left to around her waist. And put simply, for a scene taking place under a seeming pitch black sky, there’s an abundance of light – however, one can go ahead and attribute that to her weapon.

It’s not a solid explanation – although it works, and at least it seems Homura is somewhat more appropriately shaded, resulting in that she doesn’t stand out very much. The background in this image actually looks quite irrelevant in that it’s, of course, doubtful to be an actual stage for any scene in the anime as is – rather, it was merely illustrated for sake of showing off the characters as seen here.

With October, a pair of the films finally debut – and then one will be left with little to do but await the final.

I’m not sure if I would be willing to spend money on this movie, if not some other objects such as this

Of course, this is assuming that the movie offers no more insight into their universe than the original series alone. But you never know when a something will just suddenly spring up and bite your head off

(P.S. It’s been 12 1/2 months since you last used the word madokafags.)

      I’m not interested either way.

      (P.S. Grass is green.)

Well personally I think its enough of a waste of time when they make an episode recapping a half, or sometimes even a full season, but a whole movie they’re going to charge people for? That’s plain outrageous.

        (P.P.S. Not where I live…I’ll be happy if I see a tree that’s not half yellow :3 )

Either way, people are going to excitedly line up for it and spend all their money.
