36th key visual of the K-Project yet again, for a time in which numbers can not keep track, focuses on “The City Beer Hall” Homra – which at this point, one truly hopes is the most crucial location in the anime.
Thankfully, this illustration of the place isn’t the same generic one seen several times over already – it’s a more highly detailed view of the counter and relevant vicinity of the bar, which boasts some elaborate bottle designs, as well as fancy sheen along the tabletop. Now less fortunately, while these bottles do look impressive and all, and that counter top is by far the shiniest one will have ever laid eyes upon, it’s difficult to see the significance of this scene in relation to the anime series.
The anime is unlikely to even be portraying any of this to the same caliber as this is notably not a frame from the anime, merely a standalone sketch – in which case, it’s not particularly beneficial, especially when it’s of a setting which we’ve become acquainted with many a time already.
Ownership of the bar goes to the fireblazers, and more specifically, the Western fellow with sunglasses – now as to what unprecedented substance this place holds that a key visual is released of it every other day, that remains top be known. One should realize however, if the fireblazers are at odds with the blue crew, and the blue crew learn the bar belongs to the fireblazers, one would think the fireblazers would have quite a constant threat of danger – unless there was anything explicitly holding back the blue crew.
In any case, once again, hopefully this place proves its worth when the anime arrives.
