An elemental workshop.

Key visual 27 of the K-Project’s continued struggle to a hundred features a long overdue returning focus on the busty bishoujo character – giving emphasis towards her visage instead of her chest this time around.

An immediately noticeable facet is that when seen up close, this female character is actually rather cute – one must praise the artwork for achieving moe without the generic ridiculously oversized eyes, puffed up faces, and other such typical elements. Her character design is also quite individualistic and highly unique in that despite her well-proportioned body, her face isn’t of the seductive type which one would have anticipated instead.

Now on another note, her expression isn’t too heavily weighed in any single direction – although she does look to be content on a subtle scale. One can see that she looks fairly pleased – and the gentleness of her expression makes it clear that whomever she’s glaring at, it’s someone she’s rather close with. It’s worth keeping in mind the implications presented here as previous pre-release material has shown that she’s the leader of the blue crew – and her relationships, as well as the extent of them, are quite significant and relevant as result.

The mood of this scene is notably different than the usual hectic feeling of action, anxiety, uncertainty, or “kill ‘em all” enthusiasm present with most of the other key visuals released thus far – not to mention, this display even differs in sentiment than what is mostly seen within any of the given PVs.

It’s not much a shock at this point, although this bishoujo is yet another character of the K-Project who has more to them than meets the eye.
