To debut at Comiket 82, a pair of dakimakura with one showing off Accel World’s uninteresting tsundere in her pantsu – and the other, a similarly dressed huggable pillow of Sword Art Online’s far sweeter heroine.
It feels highly inappropriate that a female as fine as Sword Art Online’s leading lady is to be put in the same league as a creature from some terrible anime series – yet at the very least, we’re receiving some service from Sword Art Online’s heroine regardless. A dakimakura isn’t much a surprise since it seems to be part of the path of every second dimensional female of Japanese animation – nonetheless, it’s fairly interesting to arbitrarily note what sort of pantsu this oppai equipped warrior of the digital world happens to favor.
And that would be, apparently, cotton white with frilly ends and a few ribbons scattered around here and there – overall, quite a modest selection of underwear indeed. Not to mention, a splendid reflection of personality.
As one can pull a few traits of an individual based on their pantsu – it becomes all so clear that the Accel World insect is trying too hard, particularly in how it seems her mizugi and pantsu are identical, something which one can figure from earlier official artwork. And regardless of what this black undergarment is intended to be, swimsuit or otherwise, it’s not fitting for a flat chested generic character with few curves.
Now on another note, just as how salvation is found in Sword Art Online when it comes to huggable pillows, hopefully, the series will also shine a path of sublime respite in animation.

I prefer Asuna, she knows how to use a sword.

Hahah you’re really letting your dislike for the show color your perception of the character’s designs huh? Hey I admit Accel World as a show has lacking points, and it’s characters are frankly, not top stuff. However that doesn’t degrade the beauty of it’s art/character designs. It’s ironic that your tone seems to say Kuroyuki’s flat chest and lack of curves are bad things, yet you’re an open fan of lolis who have the same traits. Just below your post you have a link to an article describing her swimwear as “rather impressive mizugi,”. To the far left you praise “Attractive Accel World Magazine Artwork”. There’s nothing wrong with disliking anything, but there’s a distinct lack of consistency in what you consider attractive features in this article. x.x

It’s ironic that you’re making assumptions based on my statements because I recall you did similar when you signed up to comment on an Accel World article.
“that your tone seems to say Kuroyuki’s flat chest and lack of curves are bad things”
The article says nothing of the sort – you explicitly made an assumption for whatever reason.
There’s nothing wrong with disagreeing – but there’s a distinctive lack of understanding in artwork and aesthetics, and seemingly basic reading comprehension, in your commenting.

Ah, sorry about that. I did say it “seems” meaning that I admit to making assumptions. I apologize if I was incorrect.

Just avoid going on a roller coaster the next time you make an assumption – it would be more productive to ask and confirm if your assumption is valid, then the arguments can begin.
