Another megane key visual has come for the K-Project’s ongoing series to a hundred – however, one should attempt to note and distinguish this character as there’s another who looks rather similar, glasses and all.
This man of megane isn’t the friend of justice, as is another megane character of the blue crew – rather, this individual is one who has his concern set on “The Sword of Damocles”, whatever that may be. In certain illustrations, this fellow doesn’t look particularly pleased – looking plain frustrated and upset, which is interesting as there’s no others who make such expressions in this series, or at least as far as the pre-release material goes. However, there remains occasions, as this, in which Fushimi-san here appears quite content.
While of course this character is to be a “main” one, he’s unlikely to be of the foremost few – and that’s as he’s not been as heavily emphasized as those certain others. Yet in that case, one would want to assemble the differences in role and figure the overall relation – such as what “The Sword of Damocles” could have to do with Neko and friends, or even a more basic, “what will this character contribute?”.
A fair presumption would say that whatever this character is involved in, it will be significant – although it will take place more so in the background. In fact, one of the more fascinating aspects of [K] is that the foremost few, meaning Neko and friends, alongside the skateboarder, are going to be interacting more on the surface with some other side-characters having that purpose – yet all the while, there will be others like the leather jacket and remaining fireblazers, not to mention the other blue crew members, who will be operating in the shadows.
And thus, it seems megane won’t be having too many peaceful days as this.
