A pair of fresh character cards have been released featuring The iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls’ Mika Jougasaki, the voluptuous elder sister of an equally sweet loli character in the game’s top five most popular.
Each artwork is fantastic – and giving focus to them individually, starting with the above, her stunning visage is the sole emphasis. A formidable strength of the piece is how it flares with personality – embodying the girl as a whole, and beyond her physical appearance as well, highlighting her inner-person. With her beauty already being rather apparent, it’s more productive to focus on the background – vivacious lights of variegated hues liven up a fun carnival atmosphere.
It’s made incredibly clear that she’s quite outgoing, and the image is expertly crafted to the point that she’s not too complex to figure for the most part – a girl of those high-life excitement types.
As for the illustration below, it’s much the same save for the concentration turning to more her physique – it’s an image expressive of playfulness as her pose is visibly lit up with an eccentricity. She’s drenched in light – resulting in that her skin tone appears of a soft purple, which of course also goes back to exhibiting the sort of person she is. Her outfit says much as well with its exotic nature all around – and composition of complementary violet and yellow tones.
Both artworks are more so intending to show the sort of person she is, rather than merely attempting to provide some petty fanfare – yet then again however, for true appreciators of a character, to see the character represented so reflective of themselves is certainly quite a rewarding service in itself.
