Visual 16 of 84 still awaiting in the K-Project’s series to a hundred features another scene of setting, although one highly different than normally seen – a vivacious outdoor sight of a rather extravagant architecture.
The possibilities present with what this building could possibly be range near infinitely – a fair guess may say we’re staring at the prison’s exterior, yet it could also be something entirely different as well. This stage isn’t seen within the setting PV – and there’s nothing to explicitly give it any identification. It’s a rogue building – yet there’s a few notable features which do speak of it well.
First of all, the fact that it has a rather elegant clock tower in front being emphasized, and with a lush flora surrounding, one can presume the the place to be something of an institution.
As the place appears quite well-blended in with the general public street layout, it’s like the place is an office of some sort – or the home of an organization. One may want to note the small polygons present on the larger tier of arched windows as those could be significant – as well as merely take into account the upper area which looks as if it could be a balcony. One should recognize the many apertures in general – each window could suggest a separate room, and that says something in itself.
One should be aware by now that the K-Project is only getting continually more mysterious – though it would be favorable if it at least provided us with more to rave over in these key visuals as it goes along to a hundred.

Excellent Victorian building! That really is in Japan?
If the construction is a headquarters, for obvious reasons does not belong to the fireblazing antagonist crew.

I rewatched the PVs and came to figure that the fireblazers’ headquarters is probably a bar owned by the Western guy.
