K-Project’s 15th visual boasts yet another “missing in action” character – an individual memorable solely from other artwork, however, entirely absent from any of the promotional videos released thus far.
One may recall the sight of this fellow consuming smoke from a key visual of the past – though as with many of the most recently published images, he’s a character who hasn’t been spotted for even a split second with any of the PVs. His role is ambiguous as there are no traits to define him as a member of either of the two warring factions within the K-Project – nor is there anything to distinguish his place or purpose in general.
He has a red bandanna, something which just may possibly imply him to be of the fireblazing antagonist crew – although that’s merely a presumption based around a single simple facet.
In respect to other articles of his dress, they all quite clearly define his personality as one of those Western types – the setting also being in favor of such as well with its guitar and other generally vintage items of memorabilia. A worthwhile item to note, this character has blonde hair, and assuming he’s of the antagonist fire crew, this would be very interesting in that perhaps he’s intended to be American – something which would also explain his preferences of ensemble and otherwise.
Now do also recall, it was mentioned to similarly be plausible that the blue militia’s presumed leader, a busty blonde haired woman, could also be American – and this would mean two characters with something in common fighting on opposing teams, within an non-native territory, for whatever reason.
No matter the case, it’s more mysteries in a bucket full of them.

He’s probably gangsta in his own right – though indeed looks neutral, and one major visual indicator is combination of red and blue elements in his attire.

He was on the fighting PV. 0:26, to the left of the redhead. Also possibly on 1:36, warping space. And at the end of the PV.
I presume he’s going to be the ‘negotiator’.
