After the release of Another’s fourth BD volume, which contained the mizugi episode, the fifth volume is back to some more basic, and far less flavorful artwork – a cascading arrangement of prominent characters.
In general, neither the regular edition of white, nor the violet based limited edition case cover variant manages to entice in any particular manner – they’re certainly not flawed, yet they simply feel to pale in comparison to what the series actually holds within, each illustration being rather dry. However, it’s actually as result of the images having a sense of something absent that they also manage to evoke a rather hard to miss notion of mystery – thereby actually proving quite fitting to a fair degree indeed.

This is a good artwork. I wouldn’t mind watching this anime again.

The great trio of detectives!
Another was the great proof that an anime does not need romance where the focus is not that. If two people are just friends, they should be friends until the end of history.

Another’s manga was better – and even then, the original novel is probably the best.

Original Novel is the best imo…the anime was also good but there were a lot of differences.
