Rather than receive a PV for Seitokai no Ichizon’s near-mythological second season, a video has been released to promote the upcoming BD box set – exhibiting a few of the more prominent scenes of the series.
Available below, the video interestingly has some entirely fresh scenes of animation – although those are all mainly transitional effects to tie together old, familiar footage of the much loved idealistic harem which is Seitokai no Ichizon. Also very intriguing, the method taken to market the series is rather unconventional – and one which is actually quite true and lovely to the reality of it. Instead of a mixture of random scenes, gag moments, or nonsense, the video gives a serene highlight to each of the characters in a natural, relaxed setting.
After the quick introductive overview, there’s an intercession of some memorable and sweeter seconds from the animation – and note that in this case, “sweet” references sentiments, not sight. A few teary-eyed and fantastic, nearly nostalgic, times are recalled such as the winter meeting of Sugisaki and Mafuyu – as well as other seasonal harem building developments.
Seitokai no Ichizon is spectacular for a reason many – yet one of the more specific few as to why this harem succeeds and excels to a degree of infinity is that there’s an abundance of meaning in everything. The relationships are understandable and justified – and there’s actually real, true emotion driving all of it. And not only this, however there’s no attempt being made to pass off as something else – this series is a harem, the protagonist wants a harem, and he’ll be cheerfully announcing his dreams all throughout the series.
Those inspired to invest in the happy harem ending will want to do so prior to the September 28th release date – the rest of us will simply stay patient till the second season starts airing and becomes ready for pirating.

Great, finally on BD.
Now That I think about it the over style of the presentation seems Eroge-ish, but then you watch the anime and realize it’s a romantic comedy- but not just any romantic comedy. A comedy that doesn’t take itself seriously – it’s like the Neptunia of anime.

Seitokai no Ichizon still has serious aspects to it.

Same for Neptunia, but those moments then evaporate and the craziness continues.

And the memory remains…
