Sankarea’s first Blu-ray volume appears to specifically do two things aside from enhance video quality – the first being that it frivolously adds additional scenes of pantsu, and secondly, it uncensors everything.
It’s expected that a Blu-ray would rid its contents of censorship, such is only a basic and given feature of any optical media video release – yet the inclusion of extra pantsu scenes is simply a round of gratuity which doesn’t help the series much, or rather, at all. Sankarea is already a, quite frankly, terribly done animation – and the intercession of female underwear which wasn’t even present on the original airing only feels to tarnish and bleed it.

If you mean the photos that her father took, they include those as a physical extra in the BD package.

…cause nothing says, “if you got away with doing it, it would be right wouldn’t it” like putting in the stuff that the father is considered wrong for. Ah, Sankarea, so many mixed messages, so little time to care…
