Fifth artwork of the K-Project’s ongoing efforts to a hundred features the megane equipped, blue militia uniformed male – another of the many mysteries, although one we can unravel a bit easier than most.
In the PVs, this fellow has been seen training his comrade – as well as defending another ally, a busty female in a uniform no different than his who looks to perhaps be the commander of this blue outfitted crew. Collectively, the different short glimpses of this character all imply him to be rather established man, and in more ways than one – to be training others and protecting superiors, one can be sure that he’s rather highly ranked himself.
Additionally, this also shows that he’s quite skilled with a blade – plenty of fighting and action litters this series, and so apt combat ability will definitely end up playing quite a major role. One may also recall from the very last PV, it showed this fellow quite heatedly engaging in battle against some of the “fireblazers” – as it would be appropriate to call them till they receive an official title.
Seeing how much he exalts into his duties as a member of this blue dressed organization – it certainly shows he’s rather dedicated in the cause, whatever it may be. And on another note, a second aspect of personality one can figure is based on his often seen smirk – he’s quite confident, and perhaps, possibly even arrogant.
One can insinuate that while his role isn’t likely of a foremost leading character – he’s still definitely significant.

The characters designs is the best I’ve see in years!
