Script cover illustrations for Fate/Zero’s 23rd and 24th episodes respectively display Rider as if he were some sort of world class boxing champion, as well as the return of “Emiya Kiritugu”, the Indiana Jones look-alike.
In the first illustration below, the image is perhaps the most fitting of these many script covers – Rider did remain true to his own set ideology, and he did come to the modern world and conquer to the very end. While he did meet death, he’s definitely the most heroic and righteous of all the servants. As for “Emiya Kiritugu”, he was seen back at Anime Contents Expo – apparently, the script was for this latest episode to transpire, the 24th.
Now as for whether Kiritsugu is any appropriate as being represented as Indiana Jones, that’s another matter.

Well for me, Kerry taking on the role of Indiana Jones is quite fitting. Both are older men, yet never truly losing their ‘child-like’ ambition. Indy and his quest for knowledge, and Kerry and his quest for justice. Finally, both are possessed by their child-like obsession; always searching and looking for what they seek.

If I’m not mistaken, I’m pretty sure Iskander’s pose is referencing Raoh’s death in Hokuto no Ken.

I don’t think you’re mistaken – it seems quite identical.
