Madoka Magica’s first film is to debut in the coming autumn, and the first promotional poster of the movie has now been spotted featuring a key visual illustration of pink mahou shoujo with arcane bow and arrow.
The sight isn’t much extravagant, yet it is refined enough to be considered “perfected” – a stunning character design indeed, and given the immense fanbase of addicted individuals who have seizure-like fits of excitement at the slightest hint of Madoka’s frilly dress, certainly not much is needed for a successful marketing campaign to be achieved here as one can be sure that those with a relevant interest are already foaming at their mouths for the film.

Going to get burned by Madoka fans but for some reason I can’t see myself enjoying a Shaft film-length anime as much as their episodes.
Something about their animation makes it hard for me to imagine sitting for 2 hours and get the same or better experience as the series. Not that I doubt production standards will be through the roof.
Nanoha The Movie 1st was a treat to watch, even for a recap film. I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

I haven’t an opinion on it either way as I didn’t care much for Madoka to begin with. Certainly not a bad series, though I wasn’t too driven by it – regardless of what comes however, I’ll watch it.

It must be the mahou shoujo.
I’m pretty sure if Sayaka wasn’t in it, I’d not care as I don’t think Madoka was a particularly great character – nor were any of the others. Sayaka is a horrible character also, yet at least she fits my preference in female appearance.

Was probably a mix of Kyoko’s boots, Homura’s hardware and a vain expectation of them teleporting to Kyubey’s planet and finishing the job, for me anyway.
