Kyoto Animation has confirmed that a mizugi based “episode 11.5″ of Hyouka will be streamed online for all, July 7th at 00:00 JST – character profiles have been shared which provide a sample of said mizugis.
Never could one have believed moeblob could appear so sexy – yet before delving too deep in that, this bonus episode will air on premiere online streaming site, “USTREAM”, and will also be included on the third limited edition Blu-ray volume. Now with that out of the way, these character illustrations send the mind spinning in more ways than merely one – examining them in order, our ever-sober protagonist Oreki is outfitted in the staff uniform for what is most likely, an indoor pool.
Beaches have no such uniforms – though he could be working in a building located on a beach perhaps, yet in any case, water will be involved for sure as the swimsuits do imply.
Attention now on the moeblob heroine, it seems we’ve misjudged her due to her soft tone of voice akin to a whisper, and excess of moeblob qualities – when in a mizugi, and a gorgeous eloquent white bikini with side-ties at that, her physique is unexpectedly alluring. Seeing her only in this minuscule character illustration, and she’s this enticing – an up-close view is bound to be more deadly. Never can one look at moeblob the same again – especially not when considering her ambitious choice of mizugi.
Skipping over the beach boy, the tsundere is also fairly sweet a sight – yet surely many would have appreciated a more provocative swimming ensemble, it’s all good however.
An item to contemplate – with mizugis being featured in a side-adventure, a beach episode could be absent from the main series as it is unlikely there’d be multiple of such. Yet another possibility is that this extra affair will serve as an extension of the half-dressed wet festivities from an earlier episode, meaning episode 11 will be one of mizugi fanfare – it could also be that this may act as an intro into episode 12, yet if it were integral to the plot, it wouldn’t be segregated from the televised airing.
No matter the outcome of all of that, at least there’s no need to speculate that Chitanda is sexier than expected.

Chitanda-san came off more or less as expected. Nothing particularly spectacular, but a rather classy sense of normalcy, more in tune with her toned down demeanor rather than her overly exuberant one.
All well and good though. Smiles and hopefully a decent laugh or two await with this episode.
