Lupin The Third returns, yet it certainly has changed – fully uncensored oppai are literally present everywhere from start to finish, however at least Lupin still comes in the unforgettable 1980′s style animation.
It’s not particularly surprising, yet this attempt at a series reboot looks to have ended up much like any other – a failure. There’s no more sole focus on admirable gentleman thief or smooth criminal action – rather, there’s merely more breasts than one could have imagined. From the opening sequence to the final moments, bluntly sketched nipples blind the eyes – if there’s any single aspect this series has retained, it would be the visuals, however that is a negative as they’re certainly now outdated, and in fact, it seems they might be worse than the original.
Truly difficult indeed it is to watch this episode as the synopsis is incredibly weak – it’s an expendable tale of corrupt maharajah adventures glazed with guns and breasts. Yet the absolute most cringe-worthy aspect of this modern rebirth is that the series is as aforementioned, visually inferior to its original of 20 to 30 years ago. This aspect not only leaves our eyes disgusted, however it also implies that indeed, this is nothing more than an attempt to milk every ounce of yen still left within Fujiko’s oppai.
Her oppai were already getting saggy and worn out when Lupin was first around – so indeed, they’re not welcomed, yet here they are regardless.
How Lupin has managed to get away with airing this episode is baffling – specifically as it is not simply oppai which this episode contains, it also boasts an abundance of intercourse being portrayed in a fashion only ever short of what one can officially label a “hentai”. Girls who act as no more than slaves of intimacy are seen satisfying their thirst between the legs of their elderly master, breasts wobbling all over the screen – and further are we shown females being pressed down with intentions quite dirty, chests exposed.
Of course this is merely the first episode of Lupin’s latest endeavor to arrive – yet what sort of manner is this to kick off? It completely drives away any sort of casual viewer, as well as a solid portion of the early fans, leaving only those who take either amusement or pleasure at this needlessly erotic affair.
Any expecting to relive the good old times shouldn’t avoid attempting to try this – the result will merely be a traumatic experience akin to coming home and finding your wife with another man. It’s a total betrayal – a different series launched under the “Lupin” name with a petty cast which can’t hold up to the original.

Maybe adding the Geneon cast would make it a little better.

Getting one of the original studios behind the original work to work on the sequel? That’s crazy talk.

Farewell, Lupin and co. You and your once amusing antics shall be missed, indeed. -Nod nod-

Someone should make a rest in peace graphic for the memory gone by.

No offense, but, I assume you don’t know much about Lupin III, well first off let me get to your title, it’s not a Hentai it’s an ecchi they don’t actually show sex on screen, or do they show penis’ of vaginas. They only show breasts. Now your review seems sort of biased and narrow minded, not did you have only cons you rambled on about the nudity for most of the time. I mean I didn’t enjoy the nudity, but to only complain about that one thing is sort of obnxious. And, actually they have a decent reason for showing breasts, and that is because it’s the 40th aniversary of the original manga, which had a lot of sex and boobs, I bet you didn’t even know their was a manga. Now for that art, have you even seen the other series? If you did then you might be mentally retarded, because this is obviously better, and it’s better then most of the crap today because it’s smooth and unique, a ’70′s style with a nice mix of hand drawn animation, heavy shading, mixed with modern day CGI, and dark watercolor backgrounds.
Maybe you shouldn’t have just put a bunch of
cons. This is what it should have been…
Cons:
Excessive Nudity
Not enough Lupin
Ending
Pros:
Art
Music
Creative story at times
Just to make sure you realize the difference of art look at these:

“visually inferior to its original of 20 to 30 years ago” a truly empty and uneducated remark.
Maybe, you should research on something you are going to review, and watch not only one episode.

Your first comment contained some offensive insults – though since you went to the effort of putting it again, with toned down insults, I’ll go ahead and respond.
First of all, are you familiar with something called “metaphor”? Your response implies otherwise. No, this isn’t technically a hentai – but for a series about thievery to debut with slews of nude females, that’s obviously in the territory of indecency as well.
Now since the predominance of your comment is just “biased and narrow minded” assumptions you decided to make – I’m going to go ahead and skip to the point that “you might be mentally retarded” if you think that in 20-30 years, the visuals seen within this series are a true achievement.
“hand drawn animation, heavy shading, mixed with modern day CGI, and dark watercolor backgrounds.”
So you’re saying the medium alone makes the artwork aesthetically pleasing? FYI, that’s “a truly empty and uneducated remark”.
And just as a final note, in what way is the manga relevant to the animation?

Now since proper discussion seems too difficult for you, as you’ve even made a second attempt and failed, don’t come back.
