Although unseen in the televised airing of the anime, it seems that almost uncensored bathing service will be coming to Papakiki’s first upcoming Blu-ray volume – only stipulation being, nipples are absent.
It was surely only a matter of time before the bathing service was made public – however it is disappointing to see the studio in charge are too hesitant to display the oppai in full. Haganai doesn’t mind showing off the body of its 10 year old character, thus the reason shouldn’t be one of national laws or the likes. Whilst the exact purpose of this atrocious censorship goes unknown, we can assume that perhaps, the studio simply added these scenes for sake of completion – yet did not want to turn the series into sexually riveting affair.
However then again, if that were the case, one has to wonder why the first Blu-ray’s jacket cover illustration, seen immediately below, has a 10 year old pointing her rear at onlookers whilst her sister makes a futile effort to keep her skirt down.

May I ask what’s up with that Sora pic? Looks like she jumped back about four years with an apparently underdeveloped chest to match.
That aside, I don’t really swing one way or the other on whether they go with full exposure. I must say I’ve been quite pleased that my initial reservations about this show were proven wrong.
Bearing this in mind, the focus should remain on the story and the emotional content where it belongs, not on unimportant fan service.
