She’s definitely delicious – yet her proportions are a bit odd, her waist is as slender as that of a loli, yet her chest is one which rivals even the busiest of bishoujos.

It looks like that the naked drawing for dakimakura sounds like a epic-fail drawing for me because of her ridiculous-sized breasts. Maybe the anime adaptation has some characters (like this and Seraphim) having her breasts upper compared to the novel.

That could be the case – as in the anime, Tomonori’s chest is rather massive, so the Dakimakura is fairly accurate. Sera in particular repeatedly has her chest emphasized within the anime.

In all seriousness though, what is going on here? Really, someone explain to me how this is supposed to be appealing rather than an insultingly transparent effort to cover up for what is an, IMHO, otherwise boring character that still cannot match up to a certain adorable silver-haired imouto.
