It’s become apparent the reason many otaku have no friends emerges from that many of them admire young girls and breasts a bit more than they should – as is proved by a polling of Haganai characters.
A popularity contest took place across Akiba to determine the single greatest friend of Haganai – it finally concluded with a complete total of approximately 11,000 votes which have been tallied up to announce the triumphant winners, or rather, winner.
Five different questions were asked, and otaku have determined Sena to be worthy of winning for nearly all of them, with the single other sharing only a mild sense of victory being lolita mistress of the darkside, Vampire Reisys IV, aka our main character’s little sister Kobato who just barely managed to outdo Sena by several votes. Previously have we seen Sena dominate these contests as they were ongoing, much in thanks to her scantily dress – yet even then, merely being in ownership of such voluminous breasts has brought her much success.
This leaves our dark haired friend Yozora as nothing more than a failure – as much as she enjoys ridiculing the fleshy friendless entity full of meat, it was Sena who received the last laugh in this case.
The questions were trivial, however certainly did well in showing why otaku are dangerous creatures which should be segregated away from legitimate matters of reality – one of the items asked included “Who would you want to be prime minister?”, to which we were unshockingly met with supremacy by Sena, as were the queries of “Who is the most unfortunate character?” and “Who would you want to be friends with?”. Kobato’s simple achievement stems from being considered as nothing more than an amusing mascot character – “Who would you like to see working with Animate?”.
It’s a sensation of total failure for a few of us who want friends – yet for those satisfied with their busty blonde haired girls, it’s an ending of celebration only understood by otaku.

I would though that Yozura would be best as prime minister considering how easily she can manipulate others, but it looks like Sena’s first impression is just too powerful…

Great point there – with Yozora’s ability to look down on others and deceive them, she’d make an excellent prime minister.
