Anime figure convention Chara Hobby 2011 exhibits a marvelous display of rare merchandise, currently unreleased items, and miscellaneous upcoming goodies any otaku will surely enjoy.
On display is a nice variety of colorful Suite Precure PVC figures, gothic lolitas, iDOM@STER nendoroids and more. Speaking of the iDOLM@STER nendoroids, they are of the stylish Ryuuguu Komachi type – meaning of course, there are only three of the girls as well. Below, there is a lined up array of yet to be colored Madoka nendoroids, and even further below, a frightening sight of an army of moe squids alongside a few incompetent humans – all awaiting to be colored.
A little under the invader of humanity, Ika Musume, the more visually vehement wares begin. A series of intricate Love Plus PVC figures, nendoroids, keychains, and anything an otaku obsessed with the series would want. Code Geass girls sculpted down to perfection and precision in “Alice In Wonderland” themed cosplay with accompanying sketches.
The Black Rock Shooter section no doubt deviates from the rest of what the event has to offer as it puts on an avant-garde fanfare of tight leather clothing, mechanical devices, flames, lolita girls, guns, and all of which the fans have come to love the series for. White Rock Shooter most certainly serves to be a beautiful parting contrast between a fashionable two-tone black and white world of Black Rock Shooter to a more jazzy, high chroma showing of brightly colored figures.
What remains is a vibrant collection of Stockings & Panties (the anime characters unfortunately) in a rather abstract figure form, Asuka Langley in a very shiny plugsuit, some always necessary Vocaloid, a lovely pink maid outfitted version of the Misaka maid figure, and finally skipping over some less interesting objects, a glorious pair of Kirino and Kuroneko of Ore no Imouto.

I actually have the BRS 2035 figma on order from a local seller. Other then that, I own 2 nendoroids that weren’t shown here.

That’s pretty awesome to hear. The 2035 figure is very nice in my opinion.
Any Black Rock Shooter figure is somewhat not necessarily above the rest, rather distinguished from amongst the others due to Black Rock’s very refined style.

Yeah, but it’s really to bad that WRS is only available through the Super Premium Edition of BRS: The Game. The only comfort I can take in knowing this, is that NA is at least getting the game.
BTW, on an un-related note, have you heard/seen the official american Hatsune Miku yet?

I’m familiar with it – looks like a terrible deterioration of her original concept, although nothing we can do about it unfortunately.
