With the visually gratuitous anime season of spring 2011 coming to an end – a rewarding showcase of its most marvelous heroines ranging from that of typical school girl to lolita status.
The girls of spring 2011 proved to be a diverse bunch when compared amongst themselves, though on an overall scale they offer little in the way of innovation to the grand outlook on anime character developments.
While introducing many cute faces, the passing season simply brought a pack of recycled trope characters including many flat-chested lolis, typical seifuku wearing shoujos, and some nude animal eared girls – yet animal ears aside there were none which truly defined a new culture or style of anime girl.
Coming closest to such an achievement would be the cute lolita demon of economically disturbed series [C] Control dubbed “Mashu” as her playful curious personality incorporated with her sinfully sweet demonic lolified form is simply delightfully delicious eyecandy as well as entertainingly enjoyable to watch as she takes on new affairs.
